Foreword

The world is changing!

Through our consulting activities, we bear a great responsibility towards our clients, service providers/suppliers, partners and third parties. In order to do justice to this, professional conduct and order processing that meets legal and ethical requirements in a transparent manner are indispensable. Confidentiality and integrity are on an equal footing and are documented with this Code of Conduct!

H2P2 stands for:

  • high quality advice,
  • Neutrality,
  • fulfilment of the mandate that meets the ethical requirements,
  • Respect and loyalty,
  • Discretion,
  • Openness in conversation with customers,
  • Fair competition.

Our work aims at a long-term client relationship based on partnership. All project staff undertake to recognise and comply with the following principles.

Our compass – the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

H2P2 is guided by the UN's 17 goals. By way of example, it is worth mentioning:

  • All people are equal (Goal 5 and others)
  • Child labour, forced labour and other forms of exploitation are condemned in the strongest possible terms (e.g. Goal 8).
  • Any form of corruption, fraud is rejected, only the law can give us freedom - and must be respected (among others, Goal 17)
  • Resources and raw materials are used responsibly and sparingly. Environmental pollution and emissions must be kept as low as possible (e.g. Goal 12).

Dealing with customers and third parties

H2P2 will not offer or grant benefits in any form to customers, service providers, government employees.

H2P2 also does not accept gifts in kind, money or other financial benefits from involved service providers or suppliers. Instead, these benefits are intended to benefit the client.
